Sewer Bills

AS A REMINDER: If sewer bills are paid or received after the due date, there is a 10% penalty added onto your next bill. If you continue to pay only your monthly bill and not the penalty fee, the penalties will continue to roll over until they are paid. Some homeowners are not looking at these penalty fees and we would hate to put a lien on your home because of increasing penalty fees. Please review your bill monthly and contact the office if you believe there is a problem. Thank you for your cooperation.
