Billing Information
BLCD sewer rates are $34.10 a month per residence. This price is adjusted to how many sewer lines you have running to your home and/or how many homes are on one property. The bill is mailed on the 11th of every month, due by the 30th of each month, and has late charges starting on the 5th day of the following month. The bill can be dropped off or mailed to Bass Lake Conservancy District, 4450 E 450 S, Knox IN 46534, or use the dropbox at the BLPOA Community Building. Please include your account number with your payment. Call the District Office at 574-772-2974 for any billing inquires.
ACH/EFT Payments
If you are interested in making your monthly payment via ACH/EFT (Automated Clearing House/Electronic Funds Transfer), simply contact the District Office and request an Electronic Transfer Authorization Form. Complete the form, attach a voided check, and return them to the BLCD office. Payment will only be withdrawn on the the 25th of each month. Important Facts
BLCD has put a lot of time, money and energy putting the sewer system in place at Bass Lake. Now that they are in, it is all of our responsibility to help maintain the integrity of the sewer system. Printable don't flush list.
